Progressus has been directly involved in some large scale risk management and risk mitigation strategies and teams ranging from being in a senior leadership role on a steering committee for the development of a safety case for an operational Major Hazard Facility at one of Australia’s largest LNG Plants to facilitating entire restructures of businesses and projects over a period of time in multiple industries with multiple multi-national companies.
